The Art of Radical Self Care – Four Week Course



This is what you can expect:

This online course is for anyone exploring their creative side to bring a sense of alignment and chart a course to move forward in a way that honors our entire self, shadows and all.

You’ll get four weeks of introspective activities, radical-self care exercises and thought experiments, and a few key resources to spark a gentle shift into a new mindset around your ways of being in your world.  

Each week includes:

  • A short instructional video, with closed captions and a transcript
  • A series of exercises to work on throughout the week, including thought experiments and actionable steps
  • A set of corresponding printable PDF worksheets to use along with easy to follow written instructions.
  • At the end, you’ll have a plan to work these new practices into your every day life

Exercises are released each Monday morning, and the program includes all materials to download and revisit in the future as you wish, and as I recommend throughout the program. They can be done at any pace and are available to you after the program is over.
